Cascara is the sun-dried husk of the coffee cherry — the fruit that surrounds the bean. In most of the world’s coffee production it’s discarded. At LHR it becomes a product in its own right: a naturally sweet, slightly tannic beverage with a taste profile that sits somewhere between hibiscus tea and tamarind.
Brewed like tea, served hot or cold. Zero waste innovation from the same farms that produce our whole bean coffees.
