Northern Thailand produces some of the most diverse specialty coffee in the world — and the difference isn’t just in the bean. It’s in the region, the altitude, and the way the coffee is processed after harvest. This set puts that diversity directly in your hands.

Three farms. Three regions. Three processes: one washed, one natural, one honey. 100 grams of each. The coffees rotate seasonally based on what’s at peak quality from our named farmer network — so every set is a snapshot of what Northern Thai coffee looks like right now.
