P Sri (Fliter Coffee)
P’ Sri’s path to coffee began with a leap of faith. After working for years as a regular employee, she saved up enough money to buy land in Khun Lao to farm tea and miang. When the Royal Project later introduced coffee to her village, Sri saw an opportunity. Despite early years of low market prices, she refused to give up, gradually proving the financial viability of the crop. Once her neighbors saw her success, it sparked a movement that transformed the entire village into a thriving coffee community.
Today, she starts every morning with a cup of her own coffee, touched with a bit of local honey. Sri pours her heart and soul into every harvest, constantly working to improve her quality while taking immense pride in watching the world finally discover the potential of Thai coffee.
