Coffee blossoms are the small white flowers that appear on the coffee plant before the cherry forms. They bloom for only a few weeks each year, filling the farm with a jasmine-like fragrance and beautiful white flowers. We handpick them at peak aroma and sun-dry them to bring out their natural sweetness.
